Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. The actress was born Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February 50, 1950. The 1980s were when she became a household name through her performances on various TV series. Her fame was for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild started her career with the character Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was the CBS show that aired on a daytime basis from 1973 to 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime, Fairchild moved on to the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. She co-starred on ABC's shortlived primetime action drama Paper Dolls. Then in 1985-1986, she played the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was a stage performer and appeared as a character in a variety of television shows, such as Murphy Brown. (For which she received a nomination for Primetime Emmy Award nominee for Outstanding Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. She also serves as an SAG-AFTRA board member.
